Miss Feinful (operated by Heidi Østergaard) offers tailored branding services and digital products for female entrepreneurs. Due to the unique nature of these offerings, the following refund policy applies:
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. This includes templates, guides, e-books, and any other downloadable resources. Once a digital product has been purchased, no refunds will be issued due to the immediate and irrevocable access granted upon purchase.
Exceptions: If a technical issue prevents access to the purchased product, please contact us at heidi@feinful.com within 7 days of purchase, and I will assist in resolving the issue.
Services
Miss Feinful provides personalized branding services, including design, consulting, and mentorship. Due to the collaborative and customized nature of these services, refunds are not available once work has commenced or after services have been rendered.
Industry Standard Clause: If you feel a project does not align with agreed-upon goals, Miss Feinful will work to address your concerns through revision opportunities as outlined in your contract. Open communication is encouraged to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
